Test Corrections and Retest Information
TEST CORRECTIONS
Test CorrectionsStudents that score 60% and above will have the opportunity to perform test corrections for up to 10 points added to their grade.
In order to complete test corrections you must:
-- Rewrite the question in your own words
-- State what is the correct answer and why it is correct (I do not want to see "____is correct because....")
-- For each incorrect answer state what makes it incorrect and why (I do not want to see "____is incorrect because")
RETESTS
RetestsIn the event you score below a 60% on any test you may retake the test for a maximum of a 70% score. Retake tests are not verbatim of the first test (and they are more difficult).In order to retake a test you must:

In order to complete test corrections you must:
- Come in to tutoring or during Megalunch tutorial time to get your test to correct (this could also be done via email).
- For each incorrect test answer you will receive 1/2 credit (for example if the question was worth 2 points, a correct test correction will earn you 1 point). You can receive a max of 10 points so you may want to answer more than 10 points worth in case you get some of the corrections incorrect.
- ON A SEPARATE SHEET OF PAPER, for each correction you must:

- Complete a Request to Retest form
- Complete the remediation packet
- Complete a Self Reflection and Action Plan
- Get feed back on both #'s 1 & 2 during a Megalunch tutorial time.
- Schedule an appropriate day and time to complete retest. Send an emal to h[email protected] to schedule your retake
- Enough time must be allotted to complete retest in one sitting. Tests will not be broken into pieces
- Retests may not exceed 1 hr (60 min) in length
